The service

Extender Video is operated as an Any1Tan product. It provides a browser-based clip preview and, when enabled, AI generation that continues an existing video. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and have authority to use the files you submit. Contact hello@extendervideo.com for support.

Preview status

Live generation and checkout are closed during the current preview phase. Displayed credit packs are proposed pricing, and no payment is collected while checkout is closed. Availability, supported file formats, output limits and the credit quote are displayed in the studio.

Your uploads and output

You retain any rights you already hold in your uploaded material. You allow us and the generation provider to process that material as necessary to fulfill your request. You are responsible for permission to use footage, likenesses, music and other content you submit. Do not submit unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, or material that infringes another person's rights.

AI output can contain errors and may resemble other output. We do not promise exclusivity, copyright eligibility, exact identity preservation, accurate product details or fitness for a particular use. Inspect the result before publication or commercial use and obtain any permissions your intended use requires.

Credit packs and PayPal

When checkout opens, the PayPal checkout page shows the pack price and currency before you authorize payment. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while your account remains available. Credits are service units and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Credits become available after the payment is confirmed, not simply after PayPal approval.

A generation reserves the quoted credits when accepted. A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credits. If a provider connection fails and the outcome is uncertain, we hold the request for review rather than automatically submit it again. Contact support with your request ID for reconciliation.

Refund requests

A credit refund for a failed job is distinct from a refund of a payment. Contact support promptly about duplicate billing, unauthorized charges or a pack you could not use. We review payment refund requests based on the issue, usage and applicable consumer rights. A refund or reversal places unused credits from that purchase on hold while support reconciles the payment. Partial refunds and credits already consumed require support review. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Availability and account protection

Keep your sign-in access secure. Do not automate abuse, bypass usage limits, probe other users' files or disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive requests or suspend access when needed to protect users or operate the service. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every input produces a usable continuation.

Updates

We may update these terms as the product develops. The updated date appears above. Material pricing or billing changes will be presented before a new purchase to which they apply. Contact support if you need help understanding your purchase.
